Wage slips for the last 3 months, bank statements for the same period, IRS (tax return and assessment note) and employer’s statement on permanent employment.
2. For individual workers
Invoices/receipts for the last 6 months, IRS (tax return and assessment note), bank statements for the same period, service contract and declaration of commencement of activity.
3. For entrepreneurs
Tax return (IRC/IES), company certificate, partners’ identity cards, latest balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.
4. Credit Report
Map of Credit Responsibilities from the Bank of Portugal (or the client’s country of origin).
Depending on the type of loan and the financial institution's policy, other specific documents may be requested, such as vehicle documents for car-secured loans, among others.
